The Florida Council for Community Mental Health will hold its 49th annual meeting and conference, Solutions for a Healthy Florida, September 8-10, 2008, at the Naples Grande Beach Resort in the heart of downtown Naples. Sponsorship of the conference affords your company a unique opportunity to build positive name awareness, enhance community relations, and demonstrate your organization’s support of mental health. It is also an opportunity to reach a large segment of health care professionals, policy makers, researchers, and consumers. Annually, more than 500 individuals attend the Council’s conference. You can support the Council, Florida’s community mental health providers and the people who depend on the public behavioral health system for care in a number of ways, including:
- Sponsoring a workshop, plenary session or keynote speaker.
- Funding scholarships (includes conference fees, travel and hotel expenses) that will enable consumers of mental health services or family members to attend the conference.
- Underwriting the cost of a breakfast, luncheon or refreshment break.
Sponsors will be recognized at the conference and in various promotional materials. We will work diligently with you to identify ways to maximize your contribution and enhance your company’s visibility.
In addition to sponsorship we offer the opportunity to advertise in our final program. Ensuring visibility, our final program will be handed to each conference participant throughout the two and one half days of the conference.
